In A Nutshell

Most modern startups use more than 50 paid SaaS tools and software, and these software acquisitions require months of discussions between procurement teams and managers. Over 80% of employees agree that it can be a complex and time-consuming process and overspend on software by 20-25%.

To help enterprises tackle this, Subtra developed a centralised subscription management platform, allowing users to seamlessly purchase, manage, and automate their company's SaaS, PaaS and LaaS stacks.

Design Strategy

Our journey commenced with the establishment of a robust design process and the creation of a comprehensive design system. We delved into analytical data, enhanced navigation, and constructed user flows. Simultaneously, we collaborated with the CEO and product managers to analyze competition and devise a strategic roadmap and conducted design workshops with the developers to familiarize them with the design system.

Outcome

Over the span of nine months, our efforts materialized into a transformational platform encompassing 100+ pages. The subscription model was reimagined, integrating features like Account integration, Workflow management, and Payments.
